They offer 50% off new client exams. The doctors, technicians and entire staff are so thorough, caring, compassionate and you could tell they LOVE what they do! I am new to living in riverside and was so nervous to find a vet for my fur baby as I just moved, but I am so happy that I stumbled upon Victoria Animal! Thank you all for what you do, I am so happy that I found a long term vet for my baby!

Completely dedicated to the health and happiness of your pet. We got a rescue who needed her spay stitches removed. Everyone had at least a month wait, even while saying they had to come out much sooner. Victoria Animal Hospital got us in immediately, and we've appreciated them ever since. When our dog was injured, they took her quickly and managed her expertly. We always feel they have our pet's best interest in mind.

They are so absolutely kind here!! And they saved me dog 😭 thank you so much

The receptionist was nice, but it went downhill from there. Met with the vet who appears to be just another greedy doctor overcharging, and preying upon our love for our pets. He appeared to be just a weekend Vet For this particular clinic. I went on a Saturday I believe so I’m not saying all the vets there are this way. He sent  me a ridiculous Estimate To my email because they were taking too long at the clinic to come up with an estimate verbally. I guess they were figuring out how to add more fees to gouge my pocketbook, even more. After seeing their ridiculous charges I gave  them a counter offer, which was not responded to instead they just constantly send me emails offering 20 bucks off my next visit. If anybody out there knows an honest vet please contact me. Thank you.I would not have even given this review, but they keep badgering me with requests to review their clinic so here We are..

The best customer service is respect of peoples time and honestly I don’t feel like my time was respected during my visit.
A 9:30 appointment to not see the actual vet until after 10:15 is a pretty interesting process to have and then to talk to him for less than 5 minutes while he’s already 1 foot out of the room shows how much they actually care.
The icing on the cake is getting hit with a HUGE bill after talking to the vet for a very brief moment.
